We assist with the roll out of your brand identity across all digital assets.
We can custom-design audio visual solutions for any need or use case.
Design & Consultation
Whether you’re an architect or building consultant documenting AV through a project’s design and construction phases, or a business scoping a new fit-out directly, our design team gets involved early. Room briefs and floor plans become buildable AV documentation (schematics, rack elevations, cable schedules and specifications) before a single cable is run.
We work alongside consultants and head contractors as part of the design team, and just as readily sit down with a business’s facilities or IT lead to work out what a room actually needs. Either way, the brief gets tested against real site conditions and a real budget before it becomes a quote.
Schematics, rack elevations and cable schedules built to a real floor plan, not a generic template.
Power, data, containment, ceiling access, sightlines and acoustics checked before the design is locked in.
Recommendations drawn from our Crestron, Samsung, Microsoft, Logitech and Neat accounts, never whatever’s easiest to source.
Drawings and specifications built for construction documentation and coordination with every other trade on site.
AI In The Room
Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex all ship with AI features today, from camera framing and noise cleanup to live transcription and meeting summaries. Most of it arrives switched off and tuned for nobody in particular. We design rooms so those features actually work as intended, and manage them so they keep working.
Room hardware is no longer locked to one vendor’s software. Certified Cisco devices now run natively as Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms, and RoomOS fully supports Google Meet, so the same fitted room handles whichever platform a meeting actually needs.
Cameras and microphones chosen and positioned so the platform’s own framing, speaker tracking and noise cleanup actually have something good to work with, not just whatever’s cheapest to source.
Copilot in Teams Rooms, the Webex AI Assistant and Zoom AI Companion all need to be switched on and tuned by an admin before they do anything. We handle that setup, so transcripts, summaries and action items work the way they’re meant to.
Occupancy and usage data from Crestron, Logitech and Neat feeds straight into our managed services, so you can see which rooms are actually used, catch problems before a meeting starts, and stop paying for space that never gets booked.
Our equipment partners are also raising the bar on sustainable design. Neat’s latest room hardware, for instance, ships in recycled aluminium casing with far less packaging, which lines up with our own ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification.
Our Principles
We maintain active, transparent collaboration with clients, builders and all project stakeholders, from design through to handover.
Health, safety, environment and quality are central to everything we do. We meet and exceed compliance standards across government, industry and client requirements.
We deliver with precision and genuine attention to detail, always aiming to exceed expectations and adhere to industry-leading practices.
How We Work
Open a stage to see what’s involved.
We start by understanding your business objectives, operational requirements, user needs and project goals through consultation and site assessments. We look at how your team actually works (room sizes, how many people, which meeting platform they already live in, what fails today) and we check the practical constraints on site: power, data, containment, ceiling access, sightlines and acoustics. That groundwork is what stops surprises later in the build.
We develop a tailored AV solution, including system design, budgeting and technology recommendations aligned with your needs. You get room-by-room designs, schematics and rack elevations, with equipment selected from our Crestron, Samsung, Microsoft, Logitech and Neat accounts rather than whatever is easiest to source. Where there is a simpler or cheaper way to hit the same communication objective, we will tell you.
We present a detailed proposal outlining the recommended solution, scope of work, project timeline and investment. Inclusions and exclusions are written out plainly, so you can see what sits with us, what sits with the builder and what sits with your IT team. Options and staging are priced separately where it helps you make a call on budget.
Once you’ve signed off, we assign a dedicated project manager to coordinate procurement, scheduling, communications and delivery from start to finish. They hold the program against the builder’s dates, track long-lead equipment, and keep one line of communication open with your team and every other trade on site. You always know who to call and where the job is up to.
We install and integrate all AV equipment, working around business operations to minimise disruption. The work is done by our own crews under Keece HSEQ, including after hours and in live environments where trading or tenancy cannot stop. Cabling, containment and terminations are set out to standard and labelled as we go, so the next person into the rack can follow it.
After installation we configure, test and optimise the system to ensure every component performs as designed. Every room is tested end to end (audio levels, camera framing, presets, control logic, room booking and the one-touch join on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet), then tuned for the space it is actually in. Any defect is closed out before we call the room ready.
User training, documentation and a formal handover are provided to ensure staff are confident using the new technology. We run sessions for the everyday users and a deeper one for your IT or facilities team, and hand over as-built documentation, asset lists, warranties and quick-reference guides for the rooms. The aim is a room your people can walk into and use without calling anyone.
We follow up with ongoing maintenance, remote monitoring, preventative maintenance, warranty support and future technology upgrades. Our centralised helpdesk coordinates tickets and technicians across every site, and Connected Care sweeps your devices daily so offline or faulted equipment is picked up before your team reports it. Regular strategy and lifecycle reviews keep the estate current instead of ageing out all at once.
